Silicone Injections and Hydrophobization

Silicone hydrophobizing agents are designed for final surface water repellent protection of absorbent silicate materials. They reduce water absorption of liquid water into the material surface.  But at the same time they preserve the original appearance and vapor permeability of the treated substrates. Their action can significantly extend the life of building materials both in terms of functionality and appearance.
